EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!!!
There are some expectations to the policy, and they are as follows, any clothing items that are found to be damaged or Sized Challenged upon purchase (wholes, rips, or stained) can be returned within 7 DAYS from the date of purchase and you will be granted the same item or another of equal value towards your next purchase with Goddess Fitz. All tags need to be attached with no odor (worn, perfume, or washed).
Items marked as gift on the receipt will be treated in the same manner as regular purchases.
Items that are EXEMPT from return are Intimate, Hosiery & Socks, Swimwear, Underwear, and Hair accessories.
To complete your return, we will require proof of purchase and items. Please do not send your purchase back to the company without all items listed!
Please understand there will be NO acceptations inference to the 7 Day expectation policy!!!!
SHIPPING AND RETURNS
All returned items that will require shipping will be done at the cost of the purchaser (not the company). Your refund will be minus the shipping fees on the original purchase unless company error and that will be disclosed prior to advising the purchaser to return the items. Please contact Goddess Fitz Boutique prior to returning items so the return process can be discussed and everyone involve will know what to expect.

Please keep in mind standard shipping time for USPS is 7-10 business days, If shipping items with a value of more than $50 you may want to purchase additional insurance coverage and tracking just in case your package is lost in transit. You may also want to consider using a trackable shipping service. Goddess Fitz Boutique never guarantees that we will receive your returned package.
